Through the various physical training disciplines I practice and teach alongside the artistic discipline of dance, I have begun to develop my own holistic wellness style, which I call Conscious Movement. This approach is born from the integration of mobility, body awareness, creative expression, and energetic work, allowing the body not only to train, but also to heal, listen to itself, and be set free.
Conscious Movement is a daily practice of embodied exploration, born from the understanding that dance is a sacred path of soul liberation through the body. Rooted in the yogic view of the body as a sacred vessel, this practice merges art, health, and spirituality through somatic movement and joint mobility exercises, cultivating a deep inner connection.
It is not traditional training. It is a path toward embodied awareness, where every gesture and breath becomes a tool for energetic release and reconnection.
